Very good experience. Well maintained properly and cooperative staff. The property is located at a calm place but still 2 km away from palayam and statue junction. The only disadvantage is that you need to depend on food delivery as i did not find any good restaurants nearby. Overall the stay was a wonderful experience.
Service was great. Linson takes his work personally. The management even parked my car for me. Rooms are service apt style but could be better for example no coffe or tea making
Perfect clean well maintained new bed sheets ,towels and very high standards of hygiene and spacious.

Nearly 3 kms from trivandrum central railway station, located near A k.g. centre and M.L.A. hostels, Uthradam Towers is a good place to stay, especially with family and also groups
Calm and quite location, neat and clean rooms, average bathroom, good service, especially Mr.Sunil and Mr Dileep were very helpful ,
This was my third stay here, room facilities is good, spacious and comfortable.
No restaurant but they will provide food from outside on request and also there is a small restaurant near by where you will get homely food.
Parking facility is there but limited.

Nice place to stay near AKG centre. Rooms are actually 1bhk units with locked kitchen. So you get a separate dining area. Bathrooms are neat and spacious. Staff behaviour is excellent.
Rooms are good. But the staff behaviour is very rude. Doesn't accept makemy trip or Oyo bookings. If we book through them thy will ask us to contact the service provider. The reception manager doesn't have a pleasant attitude towards guest. Anyway rooms are very good but I don't want to be there anymore.

I have been here for the last two days, a very good ambience, a place to go anywhere in Thiruvananthapuram city. like railway station, airport and highway. Good rooms and good attitude and cooperation from the staff. I liked very much.
The rooms were spacious and very clean. It was equipped with AC, table, Chairs and working station. It is 10 min walk to the historic temple and other local attractions.
