I loved the collections in this jewellery store. They have signature pieces. I loved the entire store. But I just picked up 4 sets for about 1.7 lakhs. You should never miss on their diamonds. They are simply great.
THESE PEOPLE ARE CHEATERS !! PLEASE NEVER EVER EVER BUY LAB DIAMONDS FROM THEM ! They will take you for a ride just like they took me . I'm a very frequent buyer of natural diamonds and have bought a lot of them till now . However, I have never bought Lab Diamonds in my life . I ended up making the BIGGEST MISTAKE ever in my life purchasing a pair of lab diamond earrings and a ring from this store . The store owner, Ms Darini will only be there with you until you purchase .. the minute you come back with a genuine issue like I had one.. she throws bricks on your face !!! HORRIBLE , PATHETIC, ATROCIOUS WOMAN ! The day I bought these solitaries from her , my grandmother went into ICU and I'm a big believer of signs that follow such precious stone purchases . So, just like any other diamond jeweller would buy back Jewelley picked up from their stores , I thought DARINI will help me with the same . I WAS NOT SUPPORTED IN ANYWAY ON THIS. TRUST ME . She says she can exchange these diamonds for new diamonds . This is the most brainless answer I've ever received. Anyway, long story short , I requested for her to at least exchange this for silver jewellery which I wanted to make for a goddess in a temple . I asked her for customisation as I PAID 2.55 Lakhs for the diamonds and wanted something valuable and useful for that amount for which , she said she can't promise any customisation . What does she think of herself? She thinks we are idiots or what ? So, my warning to you is IF YOU EVER BUY THESE LAB DIAMONDS FROM HER , pls don't pay for it u too you keep them at your place for one day . Secondly. Pls check if she will buy back ... I'm sure she won't . If she doesn't , there are other stores who sell lab diamonds and buy back too . EXTREMELY EXTREMELY EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED WITH DARINI AND HER STORE - UTHARIKHA !
. Really happy with the whole Utharikha Experience. You have to experience the ease of purchase and responsiveness when it comes to buying jewellery online. They have tons of offerings like Live Video of Product or Try on and seamless experience when it comes to online and offline store integration. I am a fan. And this is my GO TO store for my regular jewellery needs.
The staffs are so ill mannered and you can't expect any guarantee from them. I bought a necklace for rs.4500 and it broke and when l asked them about it they didn't even look at the necklace and told they can't do anything since the pattern was "old". Don't expect good customer service there. They will pressurize you to pay advance and buy the necklace later. They called me so many times asking me to buy the necklace, it was rs.11,000 and l needed time to think about it. And then the lady ate and came without washing her hands(eww). So staffs are not professional and behave so cheap. You'll get a better treatment in roadside shops.
