Last Friday (2 days back) we visited the store in afternoon hours, there was a staff member Mr Varun Kumar (name as told to us by store manager). Wearing black shirt, jeans, cap and having beard (not looking like a salesperson at all). I checked the price of 2-3 products there, all were ranging from Rs 150-200, I said they are easily available in Pitampura and Rohini Sector-7&8 markets at Rs 50-60, then that guy commented it's a mall, you must be buying from some footpath or weekly market. How he can talk to any customer like this ??. What's his salary ?? Where does he live ?? How educated is he ?? He in no way can't compete me in any of these aspects. We live in one of best apartment of Pitampura and shops from reputed stores only. There are many companies in the market having stores in some malls, who sells locally manufactured products or buy products from sadar bazaar of Delhi-6 & sells them at 400%-500% profit margin etc and claims to selling imported products. Big shame on your company for employing such untrained, incompetent staff members.
It's a nice place to Buy Plush Soft toys, Other toys, Fashion Accessories, Grooming Accessories, Cosmetics Products, Daily Utilities, Home utilities, Gift items etc. I really like & love to the USUPSO.
USUPSO is located at the first floor of Pacific Mall, Netaji Subhash Palace, Delhi. It deals in Electronics, beauty, essentials, fashion, household, seasonal products, stationery, travel, toys and game's products. It has very creative and innovative products! We loved unique table lamps and toys One stop shop for Shopping. Prices are also very good. Had a good shopping experience. I recommend to people to visit it.
