It was a great experience there ..u were the only hope for me and my baby to come out from the critical and rare situation with placenta previa and accreta..and we got success.. treatment was so good that I got back to normal really sooner than I thought..also the staff members are really supportive and carefull thank u Gayatri sister all the doctors in team are so good Dr Usha mam, u are such a good counsellor also I must say... One of the best medical teams they have. The entire staff is quite friendly and understanding along with Dr. Dipan thakkar and Usha ma'am. And a very special thanks to Hatakshi ma'am and Nazia ma'am for their constant support throughout. Besides the nursing staff were also very supportive and friendly. Being outside from Gujarat i would confidently say it was the best decision I made of choosing Usha nursing home for my pregnancy journey

We are thankful for the expertise treatment from Dr. Dipan Thakkar. He is very knowledgeable and well experienced Doctor. The ambiance of Hospital and facilities are very good. The medical staff and doctors, nursing staff, administrative staff and supportive staff all are very cordial and cooperative. Overall we had very satisfying experience at USHA NURSING HOME.

Last month visited Usha nursing home hospital for my checkup gynec related problem. He was consulted & was operated by Dr. Dipen thakkar. As it was very complicated & difficult surgery, due to Dr. Dipen sir skill & experienced he has in his field it was completed very smoothly & successfully. Doctors' knowledge, way to treat patients, everything good about doctors. But cleanliness, hygiene is zero. Bed or table where patient sleeps for observation must be cleaned after every patient gets checked. Somebody's vaginal blood clot stuck on my palm from the bed on which I was checked and when I asked for tissue I was not given by the housekeeping staff and nurse. Washroom was not clean though patient is advised to visit washroom before observed by the doctor. no hygiene and cleanliness maintained whether it is washroom or sonography or PS checkup bed. Ow doctors are very experienced and knowledgeable. But staff must be forced by authorities for clealiness.

I would like to take a moment and say thank you to all the staff who help me deliver my baby girl with very smooth proceeds throughout the whole 9 month process. Since beganing of journey we started with Dr. Hitaxi mam and she was so helpful to guide us on what to eat and what to do for healthy baby. Then we get in touch with Dr. Nazia mam & Dr. Dipen thakkar sir and until the end process they were so helpful with all the guidence and all other staff were so much helpful for dilivering my baby girl. I would like to say thank you to all the staff of usha nursing home who helped me throughout the whole process.

Dr Dipen sir is specialist in his field & helping nature with his patient.He has a good number in IVF. Hospital assistant doctors are also intelligent. Staff nurse are also well trained. I must noticed while i was staying there that If any patient's complaint anything about their problems, hospital staff sloved Patient's complaint immediately. From my point of view there are two suggestions for hospital. 1) there should be large space for parking 2) hospital keeps more sweepers staff for cleaning. All the best for thier future plan.
