In the corridor there were insects and gutkha spits 3. Discarded furniture was kept in the corridor, with empty alcohol bottles, which had attracted mosquitoes and flies. 4. Bed sheet had spit spots, though they changed it after multiple requests. 5. Curtain was broken, wasroom was unhygienic 6. In the night we saw cockroaches in the room, that's when we decided to leave the hotel and booked another hotel, but the staff harassed us and didn't allow us to checkout, we spoke to the GM of this hotel through one guy's phone then they allowed us to checkout. 7. I forgot my blazer in the room, which when I went to collect in the hotel, they denied, when we found it in the room and asked them whey they were lying, this guy in the picture ran behind us to hit us. Please be aware before booking this hotel that staff is aggressive and unprofessional along with all the issues i mentioned above.

Bad Staff, Dirty Rooms. Unsafe hotel. This is Genuine Review, because went through real bad time, so trust me on this guys, pls don't book ever. You"l regret this decision for life. They can even steal from your rooms. Not only bad property even dirty bedsheets, not safe for family. Staff can threaten you if you say anything against them.

On road location and easy to commute anywhere in Agra. Rooms were big enough and washroom space was decent. Room and washroom were clean. The only issue was with bathroom fittings. Breakfast quality was good, however should provide few more choices. Staff were good and helpful. Overall would love to stay again.

This Hotel lacked basic facilities like availability of Digital payments like cards or UPI (in the pandemic era where digital payments are encouraged to avoid transmission). The staff was non responsive on asking for ATM nearby. The rooms had faulty air conditioning, faulty door lock, faulty intercom in the room and the receptionist was unavailable at the desk most of the times. The linens in the room were not clean. Overall, a poor experience.

If you are not concerned about the staff or service , then it's the ideal hotel to stay as the Stay is comfortable ! The rooms are well maintained and clean and u have good beds. I booked it online and got at a cheap rate of 900Rs per night per room for two. And the staff are a bit rude but they do your work. They might not be the best in talking but they are committed to their work. The location is very good and might be very near to the most of the popular places.

How is it even called a hotel??? It was a nightmare . Filled with cockroaches, insects, gutka stains all over the rooms , bedsheets had stains on them . I couldnt even stay for an hour and highly unsafe for women.

The Hotel is one of the most wonderful experience you can really do. They manage you like a star and treated as best ever. Every single detail is managed properly. food, room, and many more. most of the things are complementary (style is not an option !) never see before such a wonderful level of service.

*Deteriorated Hotel where Food is the only saviour* Where to start from... Right from the lifts to the hallways to the rooms... This place seriously need a facelift!! Paint touchups in the rooms, changing of lighting, shampooing of carpet of the hallways - it looks very dull and dingy! Even if it is a 3 star, the hotel must maintain the basic standards!! However, the food is one aspect which can give even a good branded hotel / restaurant a run for their money!! Would surely recommend this only for the food which is amazing!
