the advantage is the excellent location. But there were issues with airconditioner in the Room. the breakfast needs lots of improvement. You get a typical feeling of staying in a lodge and definitely not a 3 star property

It's not suitable for family as 1) the room is superb dirty 2) dust is everywhere (I was sneezing all days), 3) toilet is dirty (the side was full with black mold), 4) I didn't have appetite to eat breakfast there 5) my room aircond didn't work 6) Fan only can be functional in No.2 and other numbers are not functioning 7) Water supply in bathroom was had salty taste 8) the make up our room but bed was dusty too Location is very strategic to Pondy Bazaar and easy for us to shopping just by walking.

Worst hotel I have stayed No hot water in the room ,loads of cockroaches in my room , food was tasteless and very unhygienic food I found matchstick in my food ...Mr Ganesha told me single occupancy 2800rs later they have charged 3500rs which is completely wrong plus they have charged 1000rs extra ..very unprofessional behaviour.. pleasee think twice before booking this hotel

I am from Malaysia, stayed at Urvashi for 2 days. Checked in on 3rd of June & Checked out on 5th of June. Will never book this hotel in future and would not recommend to anyone. I would not give any stars for the hotel. Rooms Very small and occupied by cockroached. Staffs We went out for shopping, when came back there were 3 hotels staff inside our room without our knowledge. When asked we been informed that they came in inside room using master key for measure the beds.

1. Worst hotel. 2. Don't waste your money, book somewhere decent 3. Stayed for 2 nights, never do it again. (INR 4,000 per day => Total : INR 8,000).

We booked a tour with Southern Travels and in turn southern travel booked 3 rooms in advance in Urvashi Residency for 20th June 2023. After much travelling along with five Sr. Citizens, when we reached at the property at around 5pm, to our surprise hotel manager said that only one room is available and he missed to communicate it to Southern Travels or us. In an attempt to fix it, manager phoned couple of people for around an hour and then showed another decent property on Google and said that he is redirecting us to that property. But worst was yet to come. He rather sent our tempo traveller to a third clss property GT Grande. Both Southern Travels and Urvashi played ping-pong with us for another hour. To our dismay, we have to settle in the GT Grand for that night. Being travelling for years, I won't recommend this unprofessional property to anyone.

Called hotel and asked about tarrif the person on phone agreed upon 3000rs and when I reached hotel he showed me the room, i agreed to take the room now when I reach back to reception there is some other guy who is saying room will not cost less than 3800 and the first guy disappeared.... Limit of cheating Read your reply why did the person who attended my call and showed the room disappeared we waited there for half hour but he vanished.... Did I asked him to show me different room from what he quoted for?

Location: Next to Pondy Bazaar in T.Nagar. Walking distance to many shops and tourist attractions there. If you're someone who loves to walk, then the distance won't feel like a hassle for you. Service: The staff were so friendly, helpful and kind too. They even alerted me about those auto drivers who likes to manipulate us from bringing us to our desired destination. All welcomed us with full of smile on their face and they even offered to clean our room, but my mom declined for good cause. Besides, we were offered with a room upgrade without any extra charges. From small tiny room to a big suite. Overall experience: I loved my 4 nights stay at there with the best price there.
