A hospital good for pediatrics consultation.
If there is an option to give negative rating i would choose that.. went there to see a pediatrician.. David was the only available peadiatrician at that time.. His behaviour was very arrogant towards us.. He is almost like insulting us... I have never seen a doctor like this.. Never ever go to this hospital..
Very bad behaviour from the op staff.
I had a bad experiance today . About the treatments i m ok but the staff they are providing fake contact numbers to the patients & all . If their is any emergeny we cannot call them , otherwise we cant enquire anything to them ...
They don't deserve even one star. Their pharmacy staff misbehaved when asked for medical prescription. She said arrogantly that this is the rule in all hospitals in Kerala, as if we never been to an hospital. when asked to behave herself, she started mocking, teasing and satirizing us. Hospitals which are not transparent have certainly something to hide. Hospitality and behavior of staff matters in any sector, especially in medical sector else the credibility of the institution is at stake.. My advise, avoid visiting this hospital if you have a choice else have cotton buds in your ears...
Actually the children's doctor is always available it is managed by private parties. christian society for serious issues and all not recommended
