Worst experience ever very careless hospital very unprofessional staff iregreting alot
The consultants are good and the medical care is adequate, aside from the general cleanliness of the hospital. However, there is a terrible lack of communication between the various departments running in the hospital (reception, billing, nursing, etc) and half the time we had to wait due to absence of staff or general incompetence. The management here really needs a good shake up. We had to wait an extra 1.5 hours for admission while we could get only get out after more than 3 hours since discharge as most staff members weren't present in their stations.
The worst hospital I ever seen it's all about business they can't give the best treatment but they'll charge the whole some of money without doing anything .. rooms and bathrooms are so dirty still they charge for that a lot .. they will take you to the Ot but can't succeed the operation and then try to do with other method.. Doctors in the ot try to compare your problem and situation with other.. And when they keep in the observation the nurse there are so noisy but they don't let the attendant to come in but they can make noise or talk loudly that will not effect the parent ?? Stupid logic I ever seen please don't go if you wanna leave more and save money for better treatment
It's a special hospital for kidney diseases and I recommend it for needy ones for attending the urologist.
