Doctors coming late, timing is 10 am to 1 pm, they are coming at 12 pm in hospital. Patients are waiting since morning. To take the medicines from the medical store is another a challange. It took me around 1 hr to get the medicines. Second time medicines were not available at the medical store. Doctors are prescribing the medicines and there is no stock of medicines. They are asking the patient to come back after 3 days to buy the medicine. They think that patients are living just beside the hospital so that they can easily visit the hospital everyday. Zero management, staff is not aware of doctors timing.
One of the best hospitals in Raebareli. Staff and doctors are very talented and cooperative. I was detected with dengue and got the best treatment here. Thanks to all the Team Members who are working hard to give the best experience to their patients. Highly Recommend
