Urbounce - Gym in Pune - Pune, India

I've been going to Urbounce for last 4 years now. It is one of the best gym in the radius of 3kms. I like the energy and the vibe of the gym. Even when you don't feel like working out on a particular day, once you reach the gym you automatically get motivated and start workout. The trainers are quite helpful. They always have a watch on you. When they see that your form is not correct or that you need help, they are always there. The floor manager in turn keep a watch on the trainers. You hardly see such management at any place. The crowd is amazing. I have made some good friends in the gym. I would definitely recommend this gym.

One of the best gyms in and around Baner Pashan. Right equipment, motivating ambience and exciting activities keep one at at all week long. Manager Ganesh is the best in business and always available on floor to address any concerns. Personal Trainer Vikas Kudale gets all the credit for keeping me fit and consistent to the gym. His knowledge and enthusiasm is top class. Big thank you to team Urbounce and best wishes.

I have been coming to this gym since 2016 when it was relatively new and nice. Since then things have gone downhill considerably. This year many times, my asthma got triggered as the staff won't switch on the AC in evenings and the air circulation is pretty bad in the gym with closed windows.They decided to shut down the spin room which used to a really nice place to spin away from the crowds. When i renewed my membership this year, I was told I will get a complimentary diet consultation however after meeting with the dietician I was told to pay up for the consultation or no diet chart. Previous years I used to get it complimentary based on my metabolic needs. So the list of annoyances is long however the saving grace is Vikas Kudale sir. He has been training me patiently and very professionally since few years now. I lost all my postpartum weight under his guidance. He suggests no crash diets, no supplements, no shortcuts just pure hard wordwork. Highly recommended coach and easy to work on the goals with.

The entire staff at Urbounce greeted me warmly and enthusiastically the moment I went in. The front desk Manager, Sukhada, has always been very friendly and accommodating. Every visit is made happier by her cheerful demeanour and upbeat disposition. The heart and soul of Urbounce, Ganesh, has consistently shown how committed he is to making sure the gym runs well. His dedication to preserving first-rate amenities and a lively environment is genuinely admirable. One of the key factors that make Urbounce exceptional is the team of trainers, and I feel incredibly fortunate to have Vikas Kudale as my trainer. Vikas is a true fitness expert who not only designs personalised workout plans but also provides unwavering motivation. His deep knowledge of fitness and nutrition has been instrumental in helping me reach my fitness goals. I am a regular user of this gym. The gym itself is located in an area which is at the base of a hill, surrounded by trees and greenery. The facilities for weight training, aerobics and functional training are excellent. The equipments are in very good condition and are well maintained. The staff is knowledgeable, approachable and friendly. The only slight point that I dislike is the music, which I feel is rather jarring and often loud. But otherwise I am very happy that I joined this particular gym.

I had very bad experience with this Gym. These people will keep on calling and talking till you join and pay them. I admit that their infrastructure was good but the trainers are pathetic. Even I faced racist comments from one of there receptionist. I took personal trainings and paid the fee, I remember back than they were providing the free diet plans and one session . I booked that session and when i reached to the gym at the time of session the receptionist said that there is no booking on my name where as he himself booked it. I saw he edited the page in front of me so that he can lie , as he forgot to send me a reminder that the dietitian is not available that day . He just lied in front of me and than started mumbling in Marathi when i said that you just deleted the entry and I saw it. He kept on speaking in Marathi thinking that I do not know Marathi , however being a north Indian I was able to understand that he was passing racist remarks and abusing me in Marathi. As I already paid around 11000 Rs for my one month gym and personal training so I just completed that month and left the gym . I do not recommend this gym for personal training , just go for gym on your own do not accept them to correct your posture. Most of the male trainers are busy with girls . Highly disappointed and i wasted more than 30000 Rs on this Gym. Regret it till date .
