There was no one to attend to us as the caretaker was not interested at all to attend the guests. Then the room was not ready when we arrived, despite having made a reservation in advance. There were rats in the bed sheets, which was a horrifying experience. I would not recommend any sane person to book this hotel.
Horrible and total disappointment. We heard some kind of creepy noise in the midnight. It was a Haunted Hotel.. DO NOT STAY, i repeat DO NOT STAY We stayed there since other hotels were full , but this hotel was total vacant . Not even a single person was staying despite the fact that it was a long weekend and other hotels were full. Had a horrible stay.
Service was not so good. They were late to arrange our rooms when we arrived and made us wait for an hour . The tv and the wifi didn't work . There was no 'free breakfast' as given in the description . No hot water and the no remote for AC as well.
We booked complete UrbanSpice during my sons wedding... the guest loved their stay at UrbanSpice, excellent service well maintained rooms and jus apt location....
All went well - until I came down to checkout. There was no one to attend. Standing in the reception, I called their landline number hoping someone will come. After 10 mins, I gave up, left the key on the desk and left. After 1.5 hours I called again and still no kne to answer the phone.
They are a wonderful host.... Clean and happy place to be Highly recommended
I am very sorry to share my bad experience regarding my stay over threre as stated below otherwise everything was ok - When I had been booked for three adults for one double bedded room they should must had provided third bed as good as double bed where as they provided very thin mat for third person. When I asked the concerned on duty person in night to provide comfortable bed, he rather scolded me after saying me that you are paying such a less amt. we will not provide you comfortable situation. This is really surprising that why you book this kind of hotel for us. Now from next time I will have to take care about booking through you. Thanks
Place was very good and comfortable. Rooms were bit overpriced but okay when compared to the other hotels in that area. Only issue is hospitality of the staff. Though not rude, they weren't upto the mark. Overall verdict: Definitely worth a stay.

Excellent hotel in budget with exceptional service. Good location. Around 5 kms from Meenakshi temple. Faroom was very friendly and the staff was very courteous. Breakfast is not available but there are many places nearby to eat
