I would have given 5 stars but I feel if you are new here and still learning to adapt to the machines, technical names of the exercises then the trainers can be a little polite while telling so. Getting irritated on someone's question not only hurts the person but also demotivates them especially when you are new. We are your clients and we do not deserve such a rude behaviour. As a general trainer or personal trainer, one needs to be patient with everyone at all times. If everyone knew the names and the exercises then trainers wouldn't exist at gyms. I will be thinking twice to ask any questions. We are paying hefting packages for membership and the least we could expect is politeness. Biggest turn off. This needs to be kept in mind. Rest, the gym is spacious and clean. It's very well maintained. Lockers are pretty safe as well. Update : Behaviour of the receptionist is not friendly.

Urbanfit is undoubtedly one of the best gyms in my locality. The gym has recently revamped to a larger space along with top-notch equipments and adequate air conditioning which provides great ease in the everyday workout session. The trainers out here are quite helpful as well, speaking of my mentor Mr Surojit, he helps me tremendously with my fitness goals and motivates me enough to achieve them. I have been under his guidance for quite sometime now and I can bet on it that he is the most knowledgeable, well mannered and well spoken person among all. I would highly recommend anyone who would like to experience the perks of a premium gym to join here without any hesitation.

A great gym good for both serious bodybuilders and fitness enthusiasts. Spacious and well equipped. The air conditioning and lightening works perfectly. The atmosphere at the gym is good for working out and motivating. The trainers Sanjay and Surojit are friendly, helpful and guides us. Would recommend this gym for working out.

She shows different ways to build your core strength and how you can improve on a daily basis.With her guidance I have lost 4kg within one month..I recommend everyone to this gym.

Mr. Surajit Das is really a nice trainer who trained me in the past 1 yr, a calm & composed person who works dedicatedly round the clock in uplifting the gym's image & also uplifting individual candidates potential to gain strength & muscle growth. Not a gossiping person. Nice to see the growth of the gym down the lane.

If u r new and u don't pay for personal trainer, then this place is not for u. Be aware of the attitude of trainers here. Evening receptionist Sejuti's behavior is extremely bad, Manily trainer Suroji Das unofficially force for PT, His behaviour is horrible, worst experience in my life about gym

Sonali has been my personal trainer for over a year now, and I have progressed significantly under her guidance. Pritam is also a very sincere trainer who is diligent towards his job. Both of them are quite friendly and never fail to help their trainees reach their goals. They give much importance even to those members not availing the personal trainer services at the gym.
