Order chicken Dum biryani and they server pulav with too much spicy and serving is very very poor. Never visit again and food quality is worst
We walked into Urban Rasoi on 20th March for a light dinner. We spontaneously chose to try Bengali dishes. Ratan patiently explained us about each dish on the menu and their preparation. We ordered Aloo Poshto, Cholar Dal Narkol with ghee diye, phulkas. Each dish was delicious. The dining experience was pleasant as was the personal interaction of the staff. Arindam Das' (the founder-partner of Urban Rasoi) aesthetic inclinations are visible on an entire wall has panel of pictures of pantheon of personalities of the music world starting from the Telugu composer Annamacharya (1408-1503) till Geeta Dutt till A.R.Rahman and the mild music played in the background. This restaurant has become favourite Bengali restaurant for me and my family. All the dishes are awesome , very Desi and homely.the behaviour of the staff is very friendly and well mannered. Complimentary sweet dish was cherry on top.

Authentic taste. Good service. One should try Biriyani and Chef daily specials here. I loved it. Good place for Non Veg lovers and good equally for Vegetarians.
