Urban Paratha Vyttila - North Indian restaurant in Kochi, Ernakulam - Ernakulam, India

It's a great place to try out North Indian foods. We ordered the gobi paratha, paneer paratha, garlic tandoori naan, and curry, we ordered creamy chicken. I personally loved the gobi paratha. It was really tasty and was buttery on the top, a must try. The naan was also good. Creamy chicken is white gravy, usually don't go for that just thought of a change but not choosing that again but for those who likes white gravy it is good for trying.

If you can't run a place don't open a place. The chef should really try eating authentic Punjabi food from somewhere. clearly never tasted it We reached with our family of total 5 and an infant at 2050hrs . Rumali roti , Dal Makhni ,Dal tadka, Rajma and well no service for 15 min as well.. the infant was offered a baby chair only after asking. So we settled for Tandoori Chicken , Paneer Butter Masala ,Gobi aloo and Naan.. the food arrived cold as death.. upon asking the manager,he said they will get it heated now . That's the pathetic affair of service here. Food is alright ..well after heating. Not a very good diwali spent and worst after taste . Ordered: Paneer tilka masala *** Aloo Gobi * Tandoori chicken * Methi Paratha * Aloo parantha ***** Lassi ***** Butter nan:*** There are are so many better places in cochin .try those and give this one a pass.

Good option to try the North indian dishes and some chinese delicacies. Highlight is the taste and quantity.... We ordered the usual capacity but had to take a parcel of a few items as we couldn't finish it off. As the preparation time is little higher, ordered the dishes wellnin advance... But, worth the waiting. The dishes we tried were corn chk soup, Tandoori Platter, triple rice-noodles combo(), paneer paratha, Spl aloo Paratha, Butter Naan, Tawa Grilled Fish, Fish Chilly, Noodles and Jeera Rice, fruit juices/falooda... We liked almost all the items very much and total around 2.7k for a full pack of 6 Pax.. Go for it... You won't disappoint, if lookinh for some best in class North. and Chinese/Thai dishes Ambience also good..... Parking is limited.

We went on a weekday evening for a dinner. Menu is perfect, Something for everyone. We ordered Chicken tikka Keema paratha Aloo paratha Chicken masala Food was good, presentation was very pleasing. The ambiance is too good and Sitting desi style gives a different vibe. Perfect for family gatherings. Overall good experience, we will definitely be coming back soon!!

Les plats sont excellents, le riz frit est parfait et le poulet grille un regal, suite a une commande en ligne, c'etait les seuls a respecter mes demandes (pas trop epice et une assiette jetable) ce qui est vraiment rare dans cette ville

GOOD FOOD Actually very aesthetically done interior and furniture. The cooking is stellar and of good quality. we went there one day for parcel and was amazed by the place. The food quality while dine-in was also very nice.

Nice place to dine in..good ambience and service equally good..short of parking lots..but depending on the time, could park on the road side too.. Food was good compared to many other local..Roti size could be more to give that authentic feeling..Also without checking with customers, they add cheese in everything (felt strange though). I had experienced butter in punjab but not cheese!!

The restaurant is right next door to 3m car care.. The service is poor customers are not even offered water even after letting them know. The waiters drop the food in excess out of plates while serving so we felt its better to serve ourselves. The food needless to say is served in mini portions but price is in par and above the other fine dining restaurants. The biriyani portion was served on shallow handi hardly enough for even one person and even that was dropped out plates while serving. Regret ordering Mutton Rogan Ghosh from here just 3 bones in a Rs.400+ priced curry with some gravy.. Who are they trying to scam? Why would a customer return to such a place? Never going back in here.
