Going in the gym from 3 months. The coaches are amazing, specially Saurabh Singh Sir. I hired him and I've already feeling much better. Even after 1 hour intense workout, I don't feel tired. I feel refreshed. I already see lot of progress in just one week.
Its really good place.. equipment are great.. you can do CrossFit, cardio and there's separate yoga room too.. you can have your own locker.. trainer are really polite and guide you properly..
Amazing gym instructors, especially Sapna ma'am and Soham sir. The others might be so so, but these two are the best. Also the instruments and weights are adequate and in good condition. There's a fully functional water cooler which you can use to drink water. The environment is healthy and makes you want to go there everyday. You can play your own songs by connecting Bluetooth. Overall, it is the best gym around here.
Crowded place... Space is comparatively less as compared to equipment and member present there.. Gym is good but need to be improved more.
