Location is prime and in the middle of market area, rooms are also decent. Service is slow though. Hotel is not disabled friendly as it has stairs at the entrance with no ramp. Also the washroom inside the hotel room is at a very high level, which is very inconvenient.
Very good hotel, extremely good rooms comfortable and cozy. rooms are a little small but I'm a person who likes small cozy rooms. rooms that are to the point and not unnecessarily big. Cleanliness is really good, hugenic toilets and washroom provides jetteles and tea coffee in the room. A complimentary breakfast is also very good. Temporarily they don't have room service for lunch or dinner but there are plentiful restaurants nearby.
The rooms are very clean and comfortable. It is in the heart of the city which makes it even better, the view is beautiful. The staff is warm too. Clean washrooms and great service. The breakfast was also amazing, had everything one wants in his/her breakfast plate.
The stay is nice. You shouldn't expect a three star hotel here. The city view rooms are very nice. Haven't taken food from the hotel other than breakfast. Breakfast has very few options but it was good.
The rooms are tiny with some infra issues. My room had a leaking tap in the washroom keeping the floor wet all the time. There was a false ceiling in the bathroom where I would hear rodent movement as well. Just outside the room there was an ant colony too. There is no option for lunch or dinner at the hotel. The breakfast was very mediocre and took long to serve the omlette ordered.
This is a great hotel! The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff are friendly and welcoming. The location is convenient and the facilities are excellent, with a good choice of restaurants, bars, and shops nearby. The breakfast choice was plentiful - there was something to suit everyone. I would highly recommend this hotel and I will definitely be back!
