Worst customer service. UPS India is so stupid. It can't sustain in india with inefficient employees who can't handle the things. UPS should withdraw their services in india as they fail in every aspect. Worst customer service.
Irresponsible, they are supposed to deliver door to door,the address is clear for flipkart, Amazon etc I don't know why it's unclear for UPS. Definitely not worth Customer care gave hyd office number to contact. And hyd office guys gave customer care number to contact. I don know how the process is established
If I could give zero or minus I would have given that. An order of mine is pending with the local courier man for the last seven days. Every day he promises to deliver it, but he has not done it so far.
