Very good place , good quality, well behaved guys, it is becoming expensive but better than many places by far . I love everything they make , good quality food and confectionery, pastries, cakes ,sandwiches ,puffs ,can't find a flaw in anything they make . I've been going there since 2005.

Do not be fooled by the small shop, it packs the perfect combination of great taste, authentic cuisine and fantastic ambience. Visit for having a nice time with friends and family. What they lose in a large sitting area, they compensate for it in the delicious dishes. I've been there multiple times and have never been disappointed. The bakery is also too good.
Exorbitantly prices products. A 100 gm pastry for Rs. 200. Quality may be good but it is not the best. Same good products, may be even better, available at Atul Bakery at almost 1/3rd the price. Products of Upper Crust are certainly not value for money.
I have ordered cake a couple of times, recently i ordered pineapple cakes which was good and pricing was also ok.Satff behaviour was good.
Their Veg Puff test very good but to costly With same test i buy it cheaply from elsewhere
Please dont buy expiring stuff from UC, as we had bought Trifle Pudding & Tiramisu Pudding on 28Jun Monday by approx 1500 hrs. It has Mfg date 27/06 Time 4pm and Best before 24 hrs. this was come to our notice when we reached our home in the late evening. how can they sell stuff like this which was expiring in 1hrs time. Or staff can guide that this will expire in 1hrs time so finish in 1hrs time. Totally disappointed with this brand.
Most unpleasant and pathetic experience ever. Should never ever trust what they say verbally or write on the bills. Make sure to check the invoice and order, else they will take you for a ride. Make sure to check if they have written the right exact order you have asked for. They give empty promises and have a very late back attitude towards customers wrong orders.Bad service. Staff and people working there have no manners and lack in etiquette. Never allow them to charge you and get you something you never requested for.
