We've stayed there for two days with our family which is so good. Rooms are so neat and clean. And they are providing free breakfast which tastes nice. Coming to the staffs the were so friendly and you can access them anytime! Totally it was a nice stay there! Thank you guys and I'll definitely suggest you all to reach this hotel.

I have always been a fan of treebo properties and have stayed in quite a few but for the first time I had such a worst experience here. The front desk guy and girl are very rude, impolite and authoritative. They don't understand the customer queries and not at all helpful. Infact some cleaing staff helped us more than them. Rooms are very compact and they denied to upgrade even when availability was there. Breakfast options were very limited and they served the same menu for 4 days of our stay. I would recommend either you don't collaborate with such places or keep a track on their services.
This is best hotel I have ever visited, most importantly neat and clean and the way the hotel management the staff at this hotel were so friendly and helpful.The rooms were spacious, clean and well-maintained.The location was perfect close to the city centre and attractions.
Mr Shubash, has been an excellent host. Ms Saumia & Mr Harish are thoroughly diligent, helpful &'professional. Mr Dhevasigamani has been one of the best ambassador for Upar Hotel hospitality. Not forgetting the gentlemen who deliver breakfast and do the housekeeping tirelessly, with all smiles. I stayed for almost 12 days and are eager to return after my trip .
