The worst experience I ever had ordering food online. The quality was the worst I have ever seen. When I called the restaurant I was treated in the most vulgar manner. The restaurant owner of whoever answered the call on the number 7069651229 was the most impolite restaurant owner ever. He should learn manner. Further, Up and Up needs to learn what quality and customer service mean. Avoid this place at all costs. I have given one star because its not possible to post this review without selecting a star.
If I had a chance of giving zero stars to this restaurant, I definitely would have. The worst amount of portion size ever. The paneer tikka was literally about the size of my palm, and that too 5 tikkas together. And it wasn't even Paneer Tikka, it was just small 5 pieces of Paneer dipped in Achaar/pickle (literally). The price is insanely high in comparison to the portion. Well, in comparison to anything. The taste was below average. I feel that I'd been pranked by somebody. I will never ever order from this restaurant again.
Badly disappointed.... I ordered Rajma and it was spoiled like anything.. Not at all eatable.... Very much disappointed......
I ordered Chicken Dum Biryani. They charged me for Rs. 240 per Half Plate. No worth of money. It doesn't matters whatever they charged but i didn't found food too much delicious.
The don't know about chiken biriyani......they have used poor quality of rice....which resembles like chiken rice........they have charged me 160 rupees which is far costlier than a biriyani of roadside wender.....such a bad experience!!!!
Worst restaurant ever in gujarat. They took me to wait more then 2.30hrs and then they just simply made me cry by cancelling my online delivery order. This happened at early 3.am
