It was superior service given by Unnati Hospital, special thanks to Dr.Inder chavan sir they help me a lot for my 27mm kidney stone removal by cystolitholapaxy surgery. All doctors and staff are very cooperative and helpful.
These hospital was best and famous for Kideny stone surgery with Good staff, good and experienced doctors and also the good facilities. And also the hospital was a very carring and responsible whole staff and doctors.
Dr. Scheduling done and have time table for each dr behind receptionist area. But when we met the hospital dr was not available in their scheduled time. Dr Time was 11:00am to 2pm but dr came at 3:30pm and called us around 4 pm. We were waiting from 11:45 am to 4 pm. In between we talked to receptionist for calling dr as early as possible but she repiled dr will be available from 01:30pm. After the time passes we asked for calling dr doctor. She replied we are not allowed to make call and dr message is not there that they will not be available today so wait I will get you once dr arrive. I don't know how they will handle if patient is serious and needed dr urgently. Dr was good to ask patient what is going on and what happened with you but as relative they will not listen you and they are only concern with patient saying. As treatment done before this was good so this time also contacted same dr. Medical is also there but very costly and don't give any discount on that. They need to made available generic medicine and dr must prescibe the same too.
