We went on a 6 day Western India tour, covered the Mumbai, Nashik, & Aurangabad. All hotels services were excellent. The check in process was quick & smooth. The staff was friendly. The food at the restaurant was good. Breakfast spread was great too. A professional & skillful driver offered by .Universal tours & travels. He truly did his excellent job! Seeing the sightseeing places like Elephanta Caves, Pandavleni Caves, Shani Shingnapur Temple, Shirdi Sai Baba Temple, Ajanta Caves & Ellora Caves. Overall excellent experience with the team of professional members. A great thanks to the complete team of Universal tours & travels.
Had a good experience in my first visit to the temple cities. We covered the culture & heritage sites like Koodal Azhagar Temple, Sri Meenakshi Temple, Adam's Bridge( Rama Setu), Sri Ramanathaswamy Temple & Kanyakumari Temple. Universal tours & travels arranged the hotels that we would be staying at & arranged to have a driver pick us up & drop us off at the airports. The hotels were very nice, clean, & in a good location.
One star is also not worth for the service they provide. I have no option to give one star. Hotels they select are not 3 star. Transportation vehicles have no AC . Drivers are irresponsible and they have no idea where they are taking and not at all listening to our words. We had a worst experience recently to a trip in Manali. Below ratings are self given please do not trust them hope this will help.
