This Gym is conveniently located in Ayarkunnam and easily accessible. The trainer is very helpful, guides you personally and motivates you.This Gym is very well suitable for ladies and has got multiple workout sessions both in the morning and evening. I have been to this Gym for 2 months and my workout experience was quite exciting!!!
