It's been close to a month now that I've singed up for a membership here, and I have to admit, it's one of the most affordable, well maintained, and finest gyms from our locality. Right from the diet plan to workout schedules, everything is catered according to your body requirements. Your progress is monitored day-in-day-out, and looked out for by the Owner/Coach Mr. Prashant, he's an out and out professional and knows his stuff. Most important he understands your goals and pushes you hard to achieve them. Be it cardio or muscle building, if you're all about core body fitness/endurance than luxury or equipment, Universal fitness studio is the place for you. It's affordable yet efficient, do check it out yourself.

If you are committed and regular to the gym you'll definitely see a very good results.The commitment and dedication shown by the trainer towards every individual in this gym is phenomenal.
