Neither a good nor a worst gym. Went for roughly 2 months. Working hours are from 5 to 10 in the morning and evening. Instructor will guide only on the first day. From the next day you will be your own instructor. Not at all recommended for first time gymmers.

Nice place to workout, very friendly nature by couch... Trainer Venu rewarded many times from recognizing fitness programs.
