Hospital is good not so awesome. I personally like the service of nursing staff and ward men's ans women's they are very polite. They treated as you as a their family members. But I am very very disappointed with the belling counter and their service. Never ever open their cabin or office timely. Always late. After 11.30am so please improve service.
Admitted my dad when he was critical, just 3 nights kept , under the superb treatment from Dr. Chirag Rathod and Dr. Ravi Upadhayay, Dr. Vaishali. I was able to take my dad to our home in good health. Now he has improved a lot. Spot on treatment. and hats up to the sisters/nursing team, Ms. Neha, Mr. Astral, Ms. Amreen and Ms Vaishali in reception are just excellent at their job. New hospital and I found its hygienic and clean. Only suggestion is, there should be a care taker small width bed for each patient bed at general hall as in the case of 100% occupancy, care taker may face problem. Rest is superb. Reasonably priced treatment.
Very knowledgeable Dr and good explanation about patient condition. Well cooperative nursing staff and also good behavior. Cleaning also done frequently. Reception staff is also well guid me and pharmacy is 24 hours open. Over all all good.
