The worst experience one could ever have in a hospital Firstly they don't respond to calls or fix appointments And I received a message stating my appointment is fixed @5:55pm Once I reach here the receptionist doesn't respond we'll even with directions to opd And when I reach opd there's no one here Just a bunch of patients waiting Some leafy from the cleaning department tells me the receptionist would arrive only post 6:30pm and doctors will come post 7 I'm really fed up already as I've got my mother who's diabetic and not been feeling well to even sit for long time like this When I call the reception again they're so ignorant, saying we didn't take up the appointment it's automated and nothing can be done if you're willing you can visit the doctor else leave This is such horrible behaviour Worst management ever for a hospital I've never seen even a small clinic work this way they're much better

Best and affordable compared to other hospital in Nagarbhavi locality.. but nowadays in emergency maintenance is not good.. emergency patients nurse n ward boys are not working properly.. Hire some good trained nurse to emergency section..

Doctors and medical staff are good here. But Receptionists are always are care less. They will not pickup the call sometimes and they always told they will callback once they got the timings confirmation from doctor, but they will never callback.

Very bad experience I had today. Got appointment for 10:45am but no doctors available till 12pm and I had to go for different hospital. Very careless staff and no proper response for any queries. Lots of patients enquiring abt doctor but staff eating chips and giving very careless answer. We choose hospitals to get well soon and not to get frustrated

We were given an appointment at 5.35 PM by online appointment system to see Dr. Sridhar. We went to the OPD reception at 5.25 PM. But there was no one at the reception. At the main reception of the hospital, we were informed that the doctor will come after 6.30 only. When we asked why an appointment was given at 5.35 PM, the receptionist said, this appointment was issued online and hence he did not know anything about it. We decided to go to a different hospital. Poor communication and lack of value for patient's time.

Good experience. Well mannered staff at the insurance desk especially handicap lady who showed courtesy and sympathy and got the approvals so quickly that got our relative to get discharged in very short period of time. Hospital service is very good.

The worst experience in dialysis center. Please don't refer any one to get dialysis here. For first time dialysis charges is Rs.6000/- . No proper bill has provided. They are cheating people.
