When we arrived the hotel our room was upgraded which was a really good gesture, room service was way too good, location was good as per our requirement as we needed a hotel in that particular area, breakfast offered was decent enough although things I didn't liked 1. Reception guy asked to leave the room keys at reception every time we left the hotel which I consider is very rude thing to ask and he was quite insisting on it. 2. Every time you order food they ask you to pay upfront that too in cash only which I also consider lack of hospitality for example if guest is ordering a dinner at 10 pm you don't expect him to look for cash all over the place or bring it from elsewhere he is tired want to have his food 3.Ceiling height of the rooms were very low giving the impression of the smaller room you almost feel suffocated times overall I won't recommend the hotel for families but it's a very good for a solo travellers and business travellers as they don't stay at rooms for long time
We stayed there for a Family Emergency in the Hospital. Our situation was pretty complicated & we tried explaining in advance to all hotels we were looking for. Hotel Unity was the only place where Mr. Ehsan should utmost support & convenience to us. In the times where were stressed , this guy made our stay so hassle free. The rooms are pretty decent & well sized. Housekeeping does their job everyday without fail. Location was good for us - about 5-7 mins drive to the Hospital.
