I visited this hospital a few times, one could easily notice that this hospital is very well maintained and very hygienic. The staff here including the security, nurses, attenders and everyone are assists in a helpful way. I couldn't thank the General Medicine Doctor I.Sandeep sir, such a down to earth person. The doctor is very peaceful and answers all the doubts in a meaningful way, he talks to the patient in a way that no one feels offended. Doctor Vijay sir takes care of orthopaedics and gives the best treatment for the patients. The stay at the hospital is good even though it makes it a little expensive. Considering the doctors it's a good place. The inbuilt pharmacy has all the required medicines so no need to step out for the medicine. It's better to take an appointment before visiting the respective Doctor. The out-patient fees might be around 350/- and the respective tests can also be done in the hospital itself. The results may arrive in 30 mins or so depending on the number of patients.

Wonderful experience with (Unity hospital). Dr. Ravi kumar was a wonderful surgeon, and the staff was always helpful and kind. They ensured I had a smooth prep, surgery, and follow-up. I am so glad I chose (Unity hospital ) and would highly recommend to anyone.

We went to Unity Hospital Vijayawada for my Mother's Vericose veins surgery. We received great treatment by Dr Rajah sir. And Very good service and care taken by hospital staff.

Iam deeply unsatisfied and broken with the utter quality of the hospital service. The Emergency Care for Patient is Very bad their is no seriously and most important there is no Doctor present at the hospital, when I even called prior visiting the hospital they said they had an orthopaedic doctor at emergency as duty doctor but there is no doctor and then some junior family doctor was trying to treat an emergency orthopaedic situation of a patient. Later they tried to give an injection but they don't have the 2 injection medicines I had to run out and find for a drug store which is open at 6am and find the injection after searching almost 10 drug stores and then get it to the hospital to operate it on the patient. Please do understand the utter service quality and the poor seriousness of the hospital management in taking care of a patient who came for an emergency at 6am. I hope this changes someday. It's your visiting for an emergency I suggest to go to a multi-speciality hospital like ayush, manipal etc.

Excellent service from the hospital management, my father is admitted for knee replacement for both legs we got a wonderful service form hospital staff and we'll maintained infrastructure... Equipment... Polite attitude of the duty staff... I spent for 10 day's along with my father in the hospital everyday staff will check thrice... Senior doctor also comes daily to check the patient status.... Overall experience was very good... I surely recommend the unity hospital for your treatment....
