I've worked out at 3 or 4 gyms in my life and never have I progressed faster than at United strength. This gym features good quality, no-frills equipment with a training staff who are immensely knowledgeable and personally interested in your progress. They are always encouraging and offering valuable information about the workout. The trainer to gym goer ratio is also ideal. It is always motivating to work out at United.

I was afraid of joining a gym in the covid scenario but, when I visited the gym, I found that each and every trainer was wearing a mask and proper distancing and sanitization was being maintained. Highly trained and professional trainers are present all the time to help you out. Most of the equipments are new and the relatively old one's are well maintained.
My first post Lockdown gymming experience was perfect they maintain all safety and sanitization protocols and the trainers always wear masks and guide in a proper manner. Really nice equipment and great ambience
I've been going to united Strength for the past 4 months or so and my overall experience has been very positive. They have fantastic trainers and don't seem to waste their limited space on stupid machines - they are focused on compound movements. My only issue is that it sometimes gets very crowded.
Wanted to join this gym but since got a feedback from the existing members my son n husband that there are no genral trainers on the floor,if at all there are any not all are happy to help or assist(Melvin)....... helpful trainers like Kaizer,Nitin are also into Personal training or work in shifts then there's a trainer named Melvin who needs to be trained for how to behave and act like a general trainer.
