One of the worst hospital in Prayagraj. Avoid this hospital at all cost. Security is worst as they keep bothering you every single time you enter the building and has no sense of talking to people. There is no management whatsoever. My patient had emergency in the evening and there is no doctor available to check. Even after informing the emergency desk, no one came. If you admit your beloved one here, they are at the mercy of gods. No one is present to monitor the patient and even nurse will ask you what to do in case something happens.

One if the best hospitals in recent times when it comes to this part of Uttar Pradesh. My elder brother was covid+ and I got him admitted here. The doctors and entire team has been very professional and supportive. I am very thankful and grateful to the wonderful team for saving life of my brother who was admitted at a critical stage. God bless and all the very best.

Very bad experience of this hospital.. as we heard that its one of best hospital for covid 19 but the experience was worst.. As my brother in law was admitted for suffering from fever..and admitted to isolation ward..on the first day they deposited 1 lac for treatment.. but the facilities were worst..there was no bedsheet, pillow in the room.. and in the morning there was no toiletries kit not even a single soap for nature call..and he tried bell many times but there was no response. Above all they have taken sample for covid test which was misplaced by the staff. And after taking second tym sample they were not able to give report after passing 3 days.. they are only money oriented..not even think that because of them one patient is suffering from last 3 days. When we went for discharge they said that papers are not ready.. a whole day they have taken for preparing papers.. really..actully they want to extend one more day..as a single day charge is rs 20000. Management is busy in making money only. At the present situation in covid 19 humanity should be above all..but in this hospital no one cares. We are really disappointed and feel sorry to suugest our bhaiya for this hospital.

Giving one star because I don't have other option. Guard behaviour is not good. As per Guard central Government and state governments rules is nothing and they will not follow. They are following only self created (Hospital MD rules). If you're covered your face by N95 mask they will not allow to entered. And selling surgery mask in RS. 15. And actual market price is RS. 10. I'll never suggest this hospital to any one because they are also hired a bouncer. So please stay away from this hospital.

I am thankful to the wonderful team of United Medicity for taking utmost care and helping me fight and survive Covid19. The nursing staff had been very supportive and backed up eminent infrastructure facilities.

United is a best hospital in Rawatpur, Prayagraj. I appreciate to Dr. Mangal Sir, Dr. Prabhat Sir & Dr. Shivali ji for best treatment of my father & also appreciate to hospital staff for best observation. My father Mr. Ram Milan is very happy after best treatment.
