worst insurance i have ever seen... not even attending the calls in claim section. And im waiting for the claim for last 3 weeks, still not credited the amount to the service centre(ford mannuthy)

The customer service is great in my opinion and the parking is okay too.

I took xcent hyundai car and exchanged my old santro car. The insurance of my old car is upto March 2017. I have a no claim bonus of 45%. when i asked for a NCB certificate They took Rs 807. Can anybody explain me this. I have paid full insurance amount of Rs 12100 for my new car. Now they say when the dealer of my new car gives back the letter then they will pay the NCB. Where i went wrong ?. Please explain me Thank you.
