To be modest the first impression about this place is a govt set up that works Monday to Friday but I must tell you that the staff is quite customer friendly....Saritha whom I have been liasing ever since 2014 when I bought my Sonata had been extremely cordial and helpful....Remember one thing no matter what insurance company you avail what matters is how are they with you at a time of an accident which happpens to be the moment of truth....Must tell you that do not panic and take stress ifatall you meet with an accident....These folks especially Saritha they are right there with you and perhaps this kept me going to renew with them yeat after year with my Hyundai Sonata and still counting....

Too delay even for renewal, office was renovated to the new generation level. Should improve customer service..

Difficult to locate the office for the first time visitor as there is no office name board available at base floor and the office located at third or second floor.Its a big office with good number of staffs.A little bit rush between 11 am and 2pm.For payments and other claims visit at morning time is preferable otherwise it will take longer time and you need to visit the next day also for your claims.Overall I am satisfied with the service however as compared to other office, this office took about 30 minutes to renew my byk insurance whereas other offices complete their job in 10 minutes.Very good thing is that water facility and seats are available customers. As it is on top floor they are still using 20 fans instead of high efficiency AC.One of the fan not working at the customer side and making disturbing noises. The call out for document handover is not audible it is recommended to use token no or small mic at counters.

There is no option to put a 0 rating in this Google map review otherwise I will prefer 0 for this United India head office. It was the worst experience I have ever had in my life when I reached this office for my car accident claim. The staff have poor knowledge about the policies. If it is the situation in the head office I can't imagine what is happening on local branches. I strongly do not recommend taking United India insurance for your car or bike

Landline number never got answered. Please remove this number from the profile, why to give wrong impression to customer that UIIC is responding over phone. They are least bothered on customer service.

Very friendly and cooperative staffs. So pleased with the service i received.

Less discounts are available and expensive compared to other auto insurance companies
