This guys uploaded incomplete vehicle (Chassis number & Engine number) details to Vahan, Government system. So I was not able to take my car to the road. They assured me to resolve this issue within 3 working days. but the issue was not even solved after 7 days. For this cause I have visited their branch three times during that week. So I changed my insurance policy to New India assurance company (Near KSEB, Sultan Bathery) who fixed the issue within 3 days and their premium amount was less than United India.

Claim settlement time is too delayed and customer support is very poor... Highly dissatisfied
