Very poor behaviour, no one responded appropriately, we followed up with them for more than 40 days, but we had still not received a suitable response. I had never encountered this type of structure before, and I feel ashamed to have chosen this insurance provider.

World worst insurance company means that is United india insurance only. Contact numbers are not working. I am trying from last two weeks but there is no response from their end. They are not picking calls only it is ringing but no one is picking and answering the calls. I tried from numbers from their website that also not working.

Very worst.. 4 consecutive years I put vehicle insurance with them . First time my bike met accidents. Trying to call them more than 2 weeks no response from them even I raised claim 2 weeks back still no response.. Don't go with this insurance limited..
No phone call is responding, you need to personally go for any claim. Even if it mail confirmation unless you visit personally for claim they will never start the process. It get delay for several weeks. Particularly two wheeler. Even the staff does not know where to initiate the claim.
