Poor response and delay for settlement

Customer service is not too bad,but they delay the regular procces and Grant less money for your vehicle's, parking facility is good but the visibility of office is bit irritating,hard to find their details in web,the Survey team is lazy they maybe delayed your vehicle survey,staffs are good in manners but their head MD is sometime didn't there.that causes too the delay in getting your granted amount.
