It takes maximum of 10 minutes for renewal. There were no 20 litres water cans is available. Customers who comes for renewal through walk-in during summer time, they feel thirsty. Insurance company can arrange water cans at least during summer season for the customers. Swiping machine were not working , when I was renewed. Currently, I don't the status of working condition of swiping machine. Suggestions for Customers is to carry cash in order to avoid last minute surprise.
