Rooms are clean and the property is at a good location. The reception people are nice and well behaved. But the construction of the rooms is not so great. Rooms are not a planned construction or well appointed. But overall good value for money.

Great service. Simple and straightforward. Really clean toilets. (Recently renewed) Okay rooms. One weird quirk: They don't provide blankets or sheets for non-AC rooms. They'll give if you ask for it. So do ask. If it's too hot in a non-AC room, just ask for a cooler. You'll get it for low rates. Overall, good stay. There is an okay breakfast restaurant almost opposite to the hotel.

Very good stay at an affordable price. Highly recommended. Near to most the beaches- payambalam beach, baby beach. The room was quite clean. Even the restaurants are nearby so food is also available easily

NON AC Rooms are not quite good. Room is not at all clean

No towels, no bedsheets, No hot water, stinking room. Most importantly, no lift. Avoid this hotel.

The room was really good. It was clean and I was welcomed by a very good fragrance. The room even has a mosquito repellent. The staff were very helpful and cooperative. The only catch that I felt was that the bathroom was a bit congested. Otherwise I am perfectly happy. I recommend all to get this room.

[ ] Helpful and polite staff. I was not feeling good and asked for a Dolo(@10 pm) and they bought it and delivered it to the room. [ ] Clean and well maintained room and bathroom. [ ] Bed sheet was not provided. Bed cover was good. [ ] No lift service. My room was in the 2nd floor and had to carry my luggage. [ ] Intercom not working. [ ] Recommend for solo travelers and backpackers. Best for one night stay.
