I recently visited United Diagnosis Centre for my dad's ultrasound, and the experience was far from satisfactory. We arrived on time for the appointment, only to be kept waiting for an entire hour. To make matters worse, we were then informed that the doctor had not arrived yet, and the ultrasound would be further delayed for another hour. This level of service is simply unacceptable. It's frustrating and disrespectful to keep patients waiting for so long without any prior notice or explanation.

2d echo test doctor behaviour is not good. Even when I had problems with my ECG, they did not check me properly. Because I am Army person and United gives some discount for Army person.

I visited this place for an HSG test in March 2022. The support staff kept us waiting for around 2 hours as the doctor who was supposed to conduct the test was late. When the doctor finally came, the support staff started behaving frantically by saying that the doctor doesn't have much time and that we would have to hurry in order to get the test done. Privacy was not present. Even before I could leave the room after changing, there was another female patient waiting over my head and the staff being very rude were forcing her to 'change' while my test was still going on. This test has a painful procedure but the staff was totally insensitive and was behaving as if the patient's body is used to enduring such level of pain on daily basis. The institute needs to impart some soft skill training to its staff so that they can handle patients in a calm and sensitive manner. The doctor who conducted the test was good and understanding and she is the only reason why I am giving 2 star, otherwise, the support staff is the worst.

such a bad experience hospitality was so bad and the stuff over there is so rude and disrespectful and I was willing to meet manager but he hasn't do anything about the stuff my recommendation is not to go there ,we have a much better option in Allahabad than this ...
