United Bank of India - Bank in Arambag - Hooghly, India

Extremely bad service I have ever seen.I am struggling from almost two years to make my account operative .First of all they don't have minimum ettiquatte to handle the customer neither they are having proper banking knowledge .The B.M himself misguided me by informing to deposit the money from any mode after submitting the KYC at Arambagh branch.He knew very well that I am living in Kolkata & it is a big deal for me to visit arambagh as I am a corporate worker .As per the suggestion of BM while I visited to Newtown Rajarhat PNB branch to deposit the money to my account , the stuff of new Town branch informed that I am befooled by the BM of Arambagh branch .If all stuff of PNB misguid & harrassed the customer like this way , PNB will be ruin very soon.

Very bad Anybody should not open account in this bank

Well equipped, Good and helpful staff, only branch at arambagh, comparatively small number of customers than any other nationalized bank situated at arambagh, so you have to wait lesser time to transact.

One of the busy nationalised banks at Arambagh. They have upgraded in many ways in recent years. Yet some of the staff lack professionalism... they are slow and ill behaved. The branch has shortage of staff too.

So much helpful & well cooperative staffs. Good Service.

Bank is located near Gourhati More...but no parking space...also it is located at 2nd floor.... Service is some what slow....

Nationalized banker. Reliable, but slightly slow. Do not expect prompt service here.
