Worst staff of this branch. The Kady who updates is lethargic, the cashier misbehaves. They don't give any service to account holders of other Union Bank branch other than their own branch account holders. Most of the time their the ATM machine remains out of order. This branch of Union Bank in BF block Salt Lake do not follow core banking

This bank has been renamed as Punjab National Bank after its merger.One of the oldest bank is Baisakhi location of saltlake area .The service is not that fast as it's a government Bank and that's the hard truth.Staff behaviour is good...Lots of senior citizens depends on this bank as it disperse pension for pension holder.

the brach is not big & their processing system is quite old but hats off to their friendly behaviour.

UBI is merged with Punjab National Bank

Now a branch of PNB (after bank merger) having dismal service though a few exception (employee).
