One of the best low rise colonies of Mohali, which presently, is the most economical too. Located in sector 97, the Unitech's Uniworld homes occupy 3 complete sectors. On one side is the main national highway connecting Landran with Rajpura. On the other side is an 8blaned road. Right through Uniworld sectors run a 4 lane road. The construction of Executive floors with high quality materials was completed before the financial woes of the builders came to light. There are just three floors. The ground floor has access to land in front and in the backyard giving it a bungalow feeling. It has two dedicated car parking slots in front of the building while the others have a single carpark. However, plenty of land across the road is also available. The top floor has 60% rights to the roof, and as per today's laws, more than one portacabin can be placed by owners. The only drawback is lack of lifts but the staircase is quite broad with low steps. Each floor has 3 bedrooms with attached toilets and a study. They also have a servants room with attached toilet. As the going rate is cheap because of the builders notorious deeds, it maybe used as an opportunity for buyers.

It is gives good feel , have very nice open spaces, houses planned very well lot of space between housing rows which are unlikely for other societies. It is cheap and we'll connected to Mohali & Chandigarh

I live here from past one year moved from chandigarh, I feel very good here as it has alot of pro's & cons...Pros are good air, decent people, electricity & water supply...cons are roads if the roads are maintainned I bet unitech will be the best at this price in entire mohali. Hoping for improvement!
