I was suffering from continuous heel and arch pain in right leg. Breathlessness on climbing slight high surface walk (ramp)... stamina issues... Tiredness... Low diet not willing to hv food.... After doing continuous 2 months Aerobics/ Zumba all these problems are solved.

Both the trainers are money minded. They only behave friendly with those members who are taking personal training. They are not interested at all to guide the members who are paying 1500 rupees. All the above reviews are fake reviews, i would not like to recommend this gym to anyone. Please don't join unless you are taking personal training at a huge cost.

A wonderful experience with the trainers. The workout was magnificent. My body was more active then ever, and the diet plan was a bonus point. My weight went from 120 kg to 112 kg in just 1 month. In love with the experience and looking forward for more weight loss.

Gym has all new machineries and necessary equipments for exercise. Trainers here provide very adequate guidance and takes care of safety too of an individual. It is a very good gym, I am doing exercise there at the age of 50 and feeling happy and satisfied. If anyone is looking for a gym, I would request to consider Unisex B positive Gym.

One of the best places to be in Raj Nagar Extension ...if you want to focus on yourself, you will get all help achieving your goals. The trainer and owner are both supportive and kind people. It is an amazing environment to work out .

My experience is simply awesome. My perception before joining this gym was not at all good as they all are here just to make fool and earn bunch of money but here I really got the return for my money spend and moreover it's worth spending time here as we get the results. On the top of that the kind of PT they are giving is unbeatable. Worth joining for fitness.

AMAZING GYM, AMAZING WORKOUTS! I've been coming to this gym for around 2 months now and I love it !! There is super friendly environment . Great trainers with helping attitude . I train here about 5-6 times a week and find consistent positive trainers and I am seeing results that I inspire me to be consistent to the gym to get myself in shape and most importantly they know how to push you to the limit in the best possible way with your workouts.you will not leave disappointed! I highly recommend checking this gym out .
