You might get a good treatment, but the hospital staff is always ready to snatch your money. If you have an Ayushmaan Card and are eligible for the free treatment from the government then also they ask for extra money. The only plus point is that you will get treatment whenever you go 24 hours open.
I admitted on 1st Aug023 Room no 209. Right from reception to exit the total experience is wonderful. Every one has absolutely right and very delighted approach with me. I would love to pay my gratitude to all your staff right from ground staff/cleaning staff/nurses/Doctors/Reception even canteen wala With deep of my heart and on behalf of all my family members. They all are reason for my fast recovery. Love u all. Regards
Not so good experience. While we all really appreciate the successful Angioplasty and subsequent post surgery treatment done by Dr.Vatsal kayal for my brother in law Mr.Suresh Pradhan at unique super speciality hospital Indore which I shared on video feedback day before the discharge and also the good care taken by the staff of the hospital, the monetary experience was pretty bad. The cost indicated was increased by almost Rs.35000/- with flimsy reasoning. I had to argue and explain to various officials of the hospital authorities to make corrections to the amount charged. This was unwarranted and left a very bad taste. Did not expected this from both the reputed Doctor like Dr Vatsal and more so from a unique super speciality hospital. However CEO Ms.Nutan gave me patient hearing and understood the issue and then agreed to make corrections to the amount charged. To avoid this kind of ambiguity and misunderstanding, I suggest a written estimate be given or better have standard communication of the various packages and then obtain written consent from patients or their relatives. This will boost the image of the hospital as well as treating doctors and also the patient and their relatives would know the cost upfront. Hope this is implemented at the earliest.

We liked the unique hospital size very much, you all have very good services, doctors are also very good, in management cmo mem and Seema mem are also very good and manage everything well, nursing staff Jagdish Patel and all the team members. Very very thankful to Dr. Vatsal Kayal for saving my father . He suffered a major heart attack but the efforts of Vatsal kayal sir and his support staff worked very hard for my father to save him and we are very happy and thankful to the whole Unique hospital and pramod sir also. Vatsal sir and his support staff is like God for us.
