Rooms are spacious and clean. No geyser but hot water was available on request. The water supply in washroom was a bit muddy. Plus point is the food..it was just awesome with a lot of varieties. They arranged bonfire with extra cost.
There were little problems to arrange the forest permissions, but overall experience with Amar was really good. Room quality was so so. He is responsible and always tries his level best to provide good services to his tourists. In every trip there will be some problems, but what my family liked in this trip is Amar's responsibility and the way he honestly arranged our trip and with all troubles he managed the forest permission requesting the officers, only for his tourists. Thank you Amar.
It was a wonderful experience during our recent tour to the Sunderbans. Our tour coordinator Mr Amar Khatua nicely arranged everything right from the houseboat travel till our stay in the hotel. The food services provided by his team was excellent with lots of varieties throughout our 3 days & 2 nights tour.
Very poor service, co-workers aren't very helpful also there behaviour is rude and arrogant,even they don't give same hotel room which was said on pH.The system need to improve more and the co-workers need to be friendly.

If you're planning to visit Sundarban then Amar da is your best guy. He's an awesome tour planner and a lovely guy. Awesome food and lodging which comes at a reasonable price. Happy to recommend him and his services :)
Decent stay. Place is about 7 min walk from jetty. I will rate place based on following criteria. Space: Rooms are spacious with attached bathroom and drinking water facility. (3/5) Washroom: It was clean but water supply that runs into it makes it stink (2/5) Staff behaviour and services: Owner comes from humble beginning. That reflects in the behaviour of staff. Staff is courteous , eager to help: 4/5 All in all a safe and happy stay.
If you want to have a natural and adventurous tour then Sundarbans is the right place to visit. I would highly recommend you to contact with Unique Sundarban of any information or tour packages. The maintened a good hospitality. They did everything possible to entertain us. They even took special care to children.

The trip was amazing and comfortable. Home cooked delicious foods. Clean property. People coming over won't be having any issues. Everything was arranged before hand. Good hospitality provided.
