The company and all the employees are fraud .. first you will not receive the goods on time and the you will receive broken and cheap quality products.. and third once you start complaining they will stop answering your call THEY ARE FRAUD .. I request you all don't trust on them at all They will show you pictures which will be different from product you will receive... I can guarantee in that as I was there dealer in UP and their representative begged me for order and once u receive complete garbage he stopped answering my call ... if you order from them I can bet you are finished

In this company Equipments are fraud and i lost around 6 laks and when we are contact them they wont respond properly finally my suggestion is dont buy this Unique product even from this i lost food for my family its a waste product lost of money and if any troble to thos items in our site engineers are not able to repair it and the Unique company will send the engineers thats the one of wastege of money and the toatal Equipment was rusted i then i called to them but they dont reply i was suffered very much i really angree about them i decided i dont never want to buy anymore.

No after service,no response from owner.they are totally unprofessional.they have no care about customer service.its feel like one time service they suppose. It's hard been 6 months of setup but still no response from owner for equipment problems.material is good but alignment of machines are not good

To make my country develop I decided to buy machine from Indian company (unique gym equipment Pvt Ltd) where service and people totally worst. they even don't try to know what customers want. this company took money in advance after that they behaved with me like boss, no calls. no hospitality. no answering message's and never given me information about delivery. they promised me dispatch machines within 7 or 8 days and it has been more than two months and even I didn't get any singal call from this company.i already paid total price of machines ,GST and transport after that they asked me 10 thousand more the day he send me machines,I'm telling to all buyers to stop such kind of companies stop buying things from this kind of all manufacturers industries, their business run buy dealers otherwise they don't have skills to serve the buyers.

As a personal trainer I feel I know top quality equipment's. Top quality is what you get from Unique Gym Equipments Company (UGE) is a good dude who I have trusted over the years and has never let me down. I have referred several other people to him who have also had good experiences with him. The selection there is really good as you will see stuff in stock that you would never see at a bigger sporting good Company.

The review i am writing here is about manufacturing unit of unique gym equipment . They have good quality products but service i must say very disappointing . I have purchased products from them 4 times and first time it was good second time not bad third time ok type you can say but forth time it was worst service. They said they are shipping on 11 august and make full payment and i paid on 11th . Then they were not dispatching till 27 th of august. Then i said kindly cancell the order or at least change the order as i don't require it now and they said it's ok they will change the order . On 29 th of August they said they have already dispatch it on 28th and when asked them for dispatch details they provided it in everything 7.39 pm and it was dispatched on 29 th august and they dispatch it via gati which is costing rs 8529 . Can you imagine invoice value 20400 and transmission charge around 8500 and when i asked why they said you told us to send via gati. When i said you could have called me that they are charging that much but as they lied me that they have dispatch it on 28th and they dispatch it on 29th .

This is the worst gym manufacturers of Gujarat. You will have to wait for months after payment for your setup. Customer service representative are wasting your time and never helpful. Please avoid using these guys for gym setup. It has been 2+ months now and am still waiting for them to deliver my order.
