I have been going to this gym mainly for weight reduction for the last 7 months. The trainers are super friendly and motivating. The gym is well equipped with lots of free weights and machines. The gym is spacious and has adequate parking space. Trainers are incredibly helpful and have helped me to create a proper workout schedule and diet planning. They even help you with stretching, especially after leg days which I found really helpful and hard to find in other gyms. The gym is always well maintained and the friendly behaviour of trainers makes you feel comfortable and consistent in your workout. I will definitely recommend this place for people who want to shed their weight and build muscle. Big shout out to the trainer's commitment to guiding me to perform a workout in proper form with utmost sincerity. High-five to the owner Vyshnav and Kudos to trainers Ashuthosh and Udith.
