Rooms are okay, Budget friendly The receptionist cum service person in the night was rude... Most of the time he was not available, Talking in rude way to us, not even ready to give drinking water, when we were searching for him in room service room, shouting on us, why do you open it? (There is no NO ENTRY board also - shall refer the attached photos) Rooms were not full clean - refer the photos - stickers of drink bottles in bath room and drawer in the main room...

Very poor maintenance of rooms, a/c is improper and fan does not work properly. Less security No place for Driver accommodation and Refreshment which is basic need for hotels.

Room, bath room, service, facilities amenities in room very worst. Inscets and lizards are in room. Only 3rd floor And above, no drivers accomadation, no parking facities Totally waste of money

A good service apartment I would say. Neat and clean rooms. The bathrooms have to be mentioned about. Almost all the rooms have the bathroom with leaking taps. The condition gets bad often as the overhead tank gets emptied due to the leakage and this problem seems to be a permanent one. The taps and allied areas found with marks of leakage. As water is a precious one, the management should have taken strong steps to arrest the leakage.

It was a nice stay. We had function in Nagapattinam but I didn't find any good hotels in online for a reasonable price but considering that, this hotel is good to stay for the better price. Nagapattinam is around 20Kms from here but the road is average. Plan to travel early morning or late night. Road is full of traffic all other time. Air Conditioner was not working in one of the four rooms I booked but they have provided an alternate room. And the reason why I have given 4 star is the toilet flush was not working and then again we were forced to move to another room. So if they had checked all these earlier before we reached they could have provided the better rooms at first. That's the only concern. Apart from that there is no big formalities for checking in and checking out. The room service was available all the time.If you reach lately you have to call them to get in. The doors are closed by 10 PM.Pros:1. Pleasant Rooms. 3 people can easily use the bed at a time. 2. Bathrooms are clean.3. Easy to locate the Room.4. Near to beach.5. Comparably Low Price.6. Air Conditioners are good.5. Car Parking available up to 8 to 10 Cars (approx) 6. Good Room service. Cons:1. No Fan above the bed. Only wall mounted fans at the side.2. No working TV. It is private. Every rooms are good for family with 2 kids.

Location wise good, but the room looks ok. I have booked 5 rooms for my family for one day. In one of the rooms, bathroom flush was not working and mosquitos was there. Parking is at your own risk, they don't have security. Average

Zero maintenance. Open drainage in the entrance. Broken windows in the party hall. Name sake AC

affordable price to stay here.. very clean and safe
