Very Bad experience. They refused to accept Credit Card and insisted me to pay Cash. They alleged, Oyo doesn't pay them money so they forced me not to make online payment. The bell boy didn't even bother to assist me in carrying my luggage. When I told him strongly to hold my bag, then with an angry face he lifted my bag. The condition of Hotel & room is pathetic. Rooms are like dark and gloomy dungeons. Floors are dirty and toilets are untidy. Fan blades are bent and shaking. Paints are falling from the ceiling. Linens and quilt covers are dull and untidy. NOT RECOMMENDED

Worst and worst services of union Bank Karol bagh branch....they just waste the time of the users... worst employees

The reason behind 1 star rating is that, if another branch of union bank transfer the customer to this branch. They directly say that if your home branch is unable to do your work then we are also unable . They don't have mannner to talk to a lady. And counter 5 person is so rude.
