Its a Small bank . Even though it offers a good customer service.

worst customer service ever i have personally visited the bank for change of mobile number, given the application with necessary document they said it take 10 days to update i have patiently waited after 10 days called and inquired about it staff convinced me very wisely says 10 office working days no information from the bank regards since I could't do any transaction due to staff ignorance, This clearly shows the least commitment of union bank employee

Worst service , in this bank employees are not responsible to customer , employees are always sleeping mode .... i have given cheque book request 4 times in last two year ... till i am did not received not even one book...

even though bank is smaller but it looks good
